Last Thursday, Cartagena experienced one of those days that remain engraved in the memory of its people. The Plaza del Icue was filled with enthusiasm, energy and passion for basketball in the event organized by the Cartagena City Council, the Odilo FC Cartagena CB and Grupo Caesa Seguros, on the occasion of the playoffs for promotion to the ACB League.
From Grupo Caesa Seguros we want to heartily thank all the fans who dedicated themselves to this special event. The city's response was massive and exciting: hundreds of people came to enjoy a day full of sport, enthusiasm and team spirit.
A BASKETBALL PARTY IN THE HEART OF CARTAGENA
The day was full of activities designed for all ages. There were sports challenges, games, raffles and distribution of gifts, such as exclusive t-shirts and tickets to the game. The atmosphere could not be better: families, young people, children and fans of all ages shared a common space to support the team and celebrate the sport.
The basket shooting challenge stood out especially, in which the participants not only tested their aim, but also won prizes for the simple fact of participating. A fun way to reinforce the message we want to convey: we all add up, we are all part of the team.
